ISP Feedback Loops (FBL) | Unified eMail Support Forums

A feedback loop (FBL), sometimes called a complaint feedback loop, is an inter-organizational form of feedback by which an internet service provider (ISP) forwards the complaints originating from their users to the sender's organizations.

As a free benefit to our SMTP Relay Service customers, Unified eMail automatically parses all FBL requests and publishes the data into our Subscription Management tool for easy review and download.
