To access webmail in Outlook, your email account needs to support POP3 or IMAP unless there is a third party add-in available. The exception is Outlook.com, which uses the Outlook connector to sync Outlook.com with Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 or EAS (Exchange Active Sync) to sync with Outlook 2013.
