All jHost hosting accounts come with a control panel, cPanel. cPanel comes with all sorts of things like creating FTP accounts, email addresses, mySQL databases and more. It also lets you edit HTML files remotely on the server via a WYSIWYG HTML editor.
In order for cPanel's WYSIWYG editor to work, it places a little file that's secured using a randomID.
