I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this.

The Page Speed addon calls it "Leverage Browser Caching" and YSlow tells me to "Add Expires Headers"

Overall I am trying to reduce the huge loading time for the website, so if anyone notices something else that may be causing the problem I'm open to all suggestions.
