Solved! You just need to boot from your Windows 7 installation DVD and then get into recovery and then enter to the command prompt and finally type:
bootsect.exe /nt60 all
Anyone know what might have caused this though? I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my Msi GT627. After the first reboot it loaded fine but after that it always gets stuck on "Starting Windows" for a good 15 minutes. I have tried to boot into safemode but it always gets stuck at class.pnp or crcdisk.sys which I then renamed to .old so they woudln't load. I then get disk.sys everytime I try to load into safemode. I got startup recovery to run once but it failed and said that there was a driver error. Anyone know what could be wrong? This thread also mentions Wdf01000.sys
