I'm having an issue with windows 10 tech preview with a process System interrupts I almost done everything stoped all devices , clean boot even a made a clean install of windows 10 but the process was started again.

I have notebook HP pavilion G7 1203ez and its eating more than 30% of processor I aslo had once this problem with win 8 but I don't remember how I repaired.
