While I was playing with my pc i accidently blocked my c drive which was my primary drive where my windows been installed.Now i can't access into it when i double click messege pops up"c:\ is not accessissible access denied" it happed after i  right click on c drive and went to properties > security tab pressed edit button checked all to denied and added both administrators (xxxxxx\ administrators) and users (xxxx\users) .and ok.

although am in administrator account i can't access to c drive i created administrator account by going throught safe mode command promt and typing in

"net user administrator /active:yes"

did not worked, after that i tried this command

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

to reset permission didn't worked
