AppleSyncNotifier.exe unable to locate CoreFoundation.dll | Apple Support Communities

After rebooting following my iTunes upgrade I got the message that AppleSyncNotifier.exe unable to locate Component and the detailed version said it can't start because CoreFoundation.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Every time I reboot it says this. What program does it want me to reinstall? Has anyone else had this? Can I just get the dll someplace and put it in some folder?

The solution in this thread is to uninstall Mobile Me.
