123rf.com offers  free Stock Images, free PSD Digital Arts and free Stock Audi. They also seem to give away a free HD Image on their blog every so often.

The free stock images seem to change on a regular basis (perhaps every week) and you can only download the small version in 72dpi so the quality might not be that good. The PSD Digital Art section is quite good some funky looking PSD's. The stock audio is currently 6 samples.
