IconSmash contains thousands of free icons you can download and install on your computer

When you download an icon package and run it, our installer technology will prompt you for a location, which will be default for all future downloads.

The icons will be downloaded and automatically unzipped to this location for each download, and at the end of the install we will open up the folder so you can see your new files.

To get these icons the site forces you to use their installer, please be aware of this before you download. I dont think it is malicious or a virus but it is not my prefered option. The icons from what i can see are all free to use for personal use but cannot be used for commercial purposes.
