If you are referring to the clips in the free section, they have the same license as clips you purchase. They have been given by the producers to use as royalty free clips. The royalty free license includes worldwide distribution rights, in all media and in perpetuity. In general terms, this means you can use and re-use the footage to include in your video production and derivative works whenever and for as long as you want.
