The Pattern Library provide seamless background patterns. The website is basically 1 page you scroll through, on the right you will see some not so clear icons which will changes the background into a more traditional tiled website which makes browsing a lot easier.

This on going project compiles patterns shared by the most talented designers out there for you to use freely in your designs.

There is no clear license terms but i am assuming, public domain.
