I have Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise, using an Exchange 2010 SP1 mailbox. All current service packs and patches installed. If I recreate the Windows Search Index and wait long enough, all Outlook elements can be found using the Outlook search feature. However, no new content gets indexed.

A forum thread on this issue with some suggesstions but no definate solutions i have investigated.
