These are my setup notes for wordpress. They are not complete.

• Create the database manually making sure ut8mb4_unicode_ci is selected
• Upload the zip file and extract
• Run the wp setup procedure (very easy) using no-reply@quantumwarp.com and main-user
• There is a sample page setup along with some preconfigured widgets on the right
• Delete the sample page
• Create the pages (they will not show yet)
• Create a menu and assign the pages (appearance/menus)
• Set a static home page (settings/reading/front page displays) set ‘A static page’
